About Wattleview

We are a husband and wife duo with extensive experience in breeding happy healthy dogs. Read on to learn more about us and why we started Wattleview Cobberdogs.

Who are we?

Our names are Josh and Brooke. We joined the Australian Cobberdog community in 2021 and have 9 years experience in dog breeding.

We are a small, family based breeder of the Australian Cobberdog, located between Goulburn, NSW and Canberra, ACT on 125 acres.

We raise our dogs in line with Puppy Culture principles and ensure our puppies are as healthy as can be by undertaking extensive health testing.

We selectively breed for health and temperament and pride ourselves on the quality of our dogs and their puppies.

Why Cobberdogs?

We’ve made the choice to breed Australian Cobberdogs for a number of reasons. Primarily, we love dogs and everything they bring to our lives. We enjoy sharing the endless love dogs bring to their families and have chosen this breed for their warmth, sustained eye contact and intuition.

We also have significant military links and have seen firsthand the effect a dog can have on the life of returned servicemen and women. We have a strong interest in, and recognise the role that the right dog can have in the life of those who have returned from service in the Australian military.

It is this connection that lead us to discover the Australian Cobberdog and understand how their unique characteristics make them suitable for companion therapy dogs.
